The PetLovies team is always working around the clock to provide you and your furry friend(s) with the fastest service and delivery. However, due to an influx of orders, shipping and delivery times may vary. Typically, your order will be delivered in 5-10 business days.

As for returns, we do not accept returns. However, if you are unhappy with your order and certain conditions are met(i.e damaged item, incorrect item, wrong delivery address), we do offer exchanges on many of our products. Please get in contact with us if you have any questions.
